Who we are. This website presents a privately owned house in Versailles, France, offered for sale directly by the owner's family. The data controller is the owner, Philippe Beurier, 3 avenue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, 44500 La Baule-Escoublac, France. Enquiries are handled on his behalf by his son, Damien Beurier. Contact: enquiries@versaillesforesthouse.com.

What we collect. Only what you send us through the enquiry form: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, country of residence, project, timeframe and message. We also record the campaign that brought you to the site (UTM parameters), the page you came from, and the country your connection originates from, as indicated by our hosting provider.

Why. To reply to your enquiry and, at your request, send the brochure, arrange a video tour or plan a visit. Legal basis: your consent, given in the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible sale.

Where it is stored. Enquiries are recorded in a Google Sheet and notified by email in the family's Google account (Google LLC). The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. These providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long. Until the sale of the house is completed, and at most 12 months after our last exchange.

Sharing. Your details are never sold or used for any other purpose. With your agreement, they may be shared with the real estate agent or notary involved in the sale.

Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email or postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images are served from our own host. If we add audience measurement or advertising tools in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested first.
